Phil has over 20 years’ experience working in the telecoms and healthcare sectors for companies such as EMIS Group, Cable & Wireless, BP, Plusnet, BT and Logica. Whilst at EMIS Group Phil was responsible for large teams in the UK and India delivering highly strategic initiatives. As well as his technical expertise, he brings significant experience of delivering innovation and operational excellence across these organisations with a detailed understanding of healthcare and the NHS.
Steve has over 20 years experience in the UK Healthcare IT market holding a number of roles in EMIS Health most recently as Managing Director. Responsible for growing top live revenues and bottom line profit. Steve has led a number of mergers, acquisitions, and integrations of both service and product businesses. Creating and inspiring senior leadership teams is a passion of Steve’s.
Ronan has extensive experience leading company transformations within FTSE 100 and market leading companies, with clients from sectors spanning professional services, energy, healthcare, financial services, and banking. He has been at the forefront of strategic initiatives including mobilisation of one of the first PFIs in Scotland – a 600+ bed acute hospital. He has executed major corporate activities and transactions, including M&A, business divestment, restructuring and dispute resolution.
Ben brings 10 years of financial leadership experience, primarily within the Health and Social Care sectors, including 8 years with InHealth Group. He is passionate about leveraging data to drive smarter financial decisions and believes that collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement are key to success. Ben emphasises the importance of open communication and is eager to work closely with teams across TAC Healthcare to support the company's next phase of growth.
Dr Stuart Scott has over 25 years' experience as an occupational physician in the Energy Sector, now serving as the Medical Advisor for BP North Sea. He held the interim position from 2012-2013, became a full-time advisor in 2017, and has been offering strategic and ad hoc support to North Sea operations, as well as guidance to Offshore Medics on BP assets.
Since 2021, Stuart has been advising the BP Global Expatriation Team and Sunbury Clinic. He's also a respected member of the Energy Institute Health Technology Committee, the Society of Occupational Medicine, and the deputy chairman of the Oil and Gas UK Occupational Health and Hygiene Technical Committee. His wealth of experience enhances our team.
Dr Finlay Dick is an occupational physician with over 25 years’ experience. He has worked across a range of industry sectors including healthcare, academia, the emergency services and the energy industry. He first worked in the energy industry with RGIT’s occupational health unit in the early 1990s before joining the University of Aberdeen as a lecturer and subsequently senior lecturer in occupational medicine. For 9 years he was an Honorary Consultant Occupational Physician to NHS Grampian before he returned to the energy industry as senior occupational physician for Capita’s Energy division in Aberdeen. Followed by four years with BP as their North Sea Region occupational physician.
Leading the Industrial Hygiene managed service for TAC Healthcare, Alan is a chartered member of the faculty of occupational hygiene (CMFOH) and is an on-going participant in the CPD scheme.
He also holds an MSc in Occupational Hygiene from The University of Manchester. With an in-depth industrial hygiene background of several decades and originally a chemist, Alan worked for BP for 25 years and during his time as Health Manager was responsible for a team of 30 at its peak.
Leading the Mental Health and Wellbeing service for the TAC Healthcare, Craig has worked in the mental health field for 21 years and became an accredited (BABCP) Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) in 2009, whilst helping set up a psychotherapy service for the NHS for moderate to severe mental health presentations. Craig has a diverse background, including a career in social work whilst in the Royal Navy as well as a career as a qualified Integrative Counsellor. He has also worked with Samaritans for 18 years.
Jenni is a Chartered Physiotherapist with 14 years’ experience of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine. Having worked for the NHS with both adults and children Jenni specialised in musculoskeletal injuries and sports medicine. After completing a masters qualification in Sports and Exercise Medicine at The University of Glasgow in 2015 Jenni went on to work with several professional clubs, including Aberdeen Football Club. Jenni has recently completed an extended scope qualification with a Diploma in Injection Therapy with the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine. This allows her to offer the latest in medical technology with joint and soft tissue injections in combination with our sports medicine team.
Dr Chris Baird-Clark trained at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital in London and worked in the NHS as a Registrar in Anaesthetics and ICU, before completing 20 years' service with the army specialising in Pre-Hospital Emergency Care and General Practice. Chris was stationed in the UK, Canada, Germany and deployed to Northern Ireland, Iraq, and Afghanistan on active service. Chris retrained during his later years in the Army to become an Occupational Health Physician and practised as a Consultant for 6 years with them. Chris brings extensive experience in remote medicine practice to TAC Healthcare.
Dr Michelle Main is a highly qualified and experienced mental health professional with a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and over 10 years’ experience in developing, managing, and delivering counselling and EAP services. Her team consists of qualified, trained, and experienced counsellors, mental health, crisis and trauma specialists, case managers and EAP advisors.
Heading up the sales division of TAC Healthcare Aberdeen, Susan has a background in both Business Development and Global Account Management. Working within the occupational health sector within energy for almost 15 years, Susan has extensive experience in the needs and regulatory compliance within health care.
